This hotel has excellent reception staff. My husband and I received the warmest welcome on arrival from them I think I have ever had on arrival at a hotel! - thank you to the staff! Everything was very clean and neat. The underground parking was perfect, highly secure and each space was ample for an SUV. The price per night of the parking was very reasonable. The time at the spa was relaxing and pleasant. The temperature of the jacuzzi was fabulous. The bedroom was very spacious and the bed size was huge and comfy. Breakfast was lovely, a very nice wide selection of products. A wonderful hotel!

Booked as a stop over driving from Bilbao to Costa Mijas. Secure underground parking was managed carefully with our transit sized wheelchair adapted van. Staff very welcoming but, given we were in a rural location, their English was still better than our Spanish! Had an accessible room which the bathroom could be a struggle as not a wet room but a shower seat was provided. Good choice of food in the bar and breakfast was plentiful. Will definitely stay again!

Staff on check in were very helpful, speaking English as well as Spanish, of course. The food was better than we expected, and the lady in the restaurant was clearly overworked, but she maintained a cheerful attitude which we appreciated very much. The room was huge - much bigger than we expected for the price we paid. And clean, which was important. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We arrived by car & it was easy to unload, check-in & access the hotel car park. The receptionist was helpful and suggested places to have dinner, not available at the hotel.The room was enormous with comfy chairs & a huge bed. The shower was good although the bathroom set-up is a little strange being “open plan”! Breakfast was excellent, buffet style with plenty of choice.

Well located overnight accomodation easy to find en route from Bilbao to the Costa del sol. The room was comfortable and clean and for an additional 12 euros we were provided with secure underground parking. We did not use the spa facilities. All staff were friendly and the breakfast choice was excellent.
